    Press Releases

Dusseldorf, 8 December 2025 – The international law firm ADVANT Beiten has provided comprehensive legal advice to the US-based global packaging and process solutions provider ProMach on the acquisition of DFT Technology GmbH, a Northern-Germany-based specialist for thermal product treatment systems. The parties have agreed not to disclose the transaction volume.
