Dr Andreas Imping is a Partner at ADVANT Beiten in Düsseldorf and a member of the employment law practice group. He advises national and international clients in various sectors, in particular in the areas of transportation, energy and health. In addition to employment law, his area of practice also includes employee data protection. His practice focuses on dismissal, works constitution and collective bargaining law as well as corporate transactions, outsourcing projects, restructuring and corporate co-determination.
Dr Andreas Imping studied law at the University of Cologne. He passed his second state examination in 1995 and was admitted to the bar in the same year. Until joining ADVANT Beiten in 2024, Dr. Andreas Imping worked as a partner for several international law firms.
