Christian Frederik Döpke is Senior Associate at ADVANT Beiten's Dusseldorf office and member of the IP/IT/Media practice group. His area of activity focuses on data protection law, information technology and competition law. He advises national and international clients on the implementation of new business models and projects, in particular on software development and the adaptation of existing business models to data protection requirements.
Christian Frederik Döpke studied law at the universities of Osnabrück, Hannover and Oslo (Norway) and earned two LL.M. degrees in IP/IT law. He completed his practical legal training in the district of the Higher Regional Court of Oldenburg. Subsequently, he worked as a research assistant at the Institute for Information, Telecommunications and Media Law (Civil Law Department) at the University of Münster. He was admitted to the German Bar in 2018 and has been working with ADVANT Beiten since then.
