Thomas Herten is Partner at ADVANT Beiten’s Dusseldorf office and member of the Real Estate practice group. His area of expertise comprises real estate law as well as building and sectoral planning law. He particularly advises his national and international clients on all issues of commercial leases and private construction law. Furthermore he advises in real estate transactions. Part of his activities are drawing contracts as well as enforcing claims of his clients judicially and extrajudicially. He is also experienced in legal disputes regarding claims on damages because of corruption activities and bribery.
Thomas Herten studied law at the Heinrich-Heine-University of Dusseldorf and was admitted to the German Bar in 2008. At Westfälische Wilhems-University of Munster he received his LL.M. degree. He has been working with ADVANT Beiten since 2008 and became Partner in 2014.
