Katrin Lüdtke is Partner at ADVANT Beiten’s Munich office and member of the Public Sector practice group. Her area of activity comprises building and real estate law including environmental law, as well as procurement. She particularly advises her national and international clients on administrative law and procurement law issues. In administrative law she focuses on real estate and infrastructure projects as well as on transactions. In the area of procurement law, she specialises in awarding building and planning services.
Katrin Lüdtke studied law at the Ludwig-Maximilians-University in Munich and was admitted to the German Bar in 2002. She has been a licensed specialist for administrative law since 2010. She has been working with ADVANT Beiten since 2001 and became Partner in 2007.
