The parties have agreed not to disclose the transaction volume.

The acquisition strengthens Naxnova's product portfolio by combining HSP's expertise in high-end aesthetics with Naxnova's global reach and technological innovations in printed electronics.
Naxnova's growth trajectory continues with this majority stake: the acquisition is the latest in a series of strategic acquisitions to expand its global presence and continuously develop its product portfolio.
