Damien Heinrich is Senior Associate at ADVANT Beiten's Freiburg office and member of the Corporate/M&A practice group. He advises national and international clients on M&A transactions, venture capital, private equity as well as commercial and corporate law.
Damien Heinrich studied law at the Albert-Ludwigs-University of Freiburg. He spent his legal clerkship at the Regional Court of Freiburg and was admitted to the German Bar in 2023. He has been working with ADVANT Beiten since then.
