Dr Christian Osbahr is Senior Associate at ADVANT Beiten's Freiburg office and member of the Corporate/M&A practice group. He advises national and international clients on corporate law and M&A transactions. A particular focus of his work lies in the area of corporate and commercial litigation.
Dr Christian Osbahr studied law at the Albert Ludwig University Freiburg, where he also obtained his doctorate. He was admitted to the German Bar in 2021. Before joining ADVANT Beiten in 2022, he worked as a lawyer for a leading German commercial law firm.
