Dispute Resolution - IT and the Law of Data - Intellectual Property
Ilya Titov is Associate at ADVANT Beiten‘s Moscow office and a member of the IP/IT/Media practice Group. His core activities including consulting Russian and foreign clients on IP rights: copyright, know-how, the right to selective breeding achievements, patent law, and above all, trademark rights. Ilya Titov advises clients on how to combat parallel imports and counterfeiting, interact with the state authorities, and protect IP rights online. He also advises clients on IT, dispute resolution, and litigation. In addition, he specialises in contract law issues, in particular issues of international contract law. Mr Titov provides full-service support for projects in the area of corporate law, and advises on the creation of joint ventures, debt restructuring and the liquidation of enterprises.
Ilya Titov graduated with honours on the Master’s programme of Freie Universität Berlin (Free University of Berlin) and Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO) of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia, and has a LL.M. degree. He has been working for ADVANT Beiten since 2016.
