    Newsletter Russia: Selling on e-commerce platforms: What should be kept in mind?

    Effective from 1 October 2026, Federal Law No. 289-FZ dated 31 July 2025 "On Certain Issues of the Regulation of the Platform Economy in the Russian Federation" (hereinafter the "Platform Law") enters into force. This law applies to Russian e-commerce platforms, ridesharing companies, delivery services, service aggregators, and many other online platforms.
