    Press Releases

Munich, 24. November 2025 - ADVANT Beiten has provided comprehensive legal and tax advice to Zoot Sports, based in Carlsbad (California, USA), on the acquisition of Tailwind Brands GmbH, based in Bönen, Germany. The transaction represents an important step in Zoot's European growth strategy and strengthens the company's market position in the triathlon and endurance sports sector.
