Virginia Mäurer is a Partner at ADVANT Beiten's Munich office and member of the Labour Law practice group. Her area of practice includes advising companies on all legal issues in the field of individual and collective labour law. The focus of her work lies in the areas of so-called global mobility, i.e. secondments abroad or from abroad to Germany, home office work abroad, assistance in obtaining residence permits and other so-called cross-border matters of labour law.
Virginia Mäurer studied law at Humboldt University in Berlin. She completed her legal traineeship at the Berlin/Brandenburg Court of Appeal and in London. In 2019 she passed her Second State Examination in Berlin. In 2018/2019, Ms Virginia Mäurer studied at the London School of Economics and Political Science in London and graduated with a Master of Law (LL.M.) degree and a Master's thesis in the field of labour law/compliance. She was admitted to the German Bar in 2019. Before joining ADVANT Beiten in 2023, Ms Virginia Mäurer worked for more than 3 years in the field of employment law at international law firms. She has been working with ADVANT Beiten since 2023.
