Petra Fendt is Partner at ADVANT Beiten's Munich office and member of the Banking, Finance & Restructuring practice group. Her area of expertise comprises banking and finance law. She particularly advises banks and international investors in loan portfolio transactions, specifically the acquisition and sale of performing and non-performing loans as well as their financing and securitisation.
