Freiburg, 21 May 2025 - The international law firm ADVANT Beiten has provided comprehensive legal advice to Moosmann GmbH & Co. KG on the takeover of Verpackungs- u. Lagertechnik Ulm GmbH. The parties have agreed not to disclose the transaction volume. The integration into the Moosmann Group opens up new development prospects for both companies - particularly in the areas of digitalization, automation and sustainable material development.
