Natalia Bogdanova is Senior Associate at ADVANT Beitens' Moscow office and member of the Litigation & Arbitration Practice Group. She specialises in resolution of commercial disputes, representation of clients in state courts and international commercial arbitration. Natalia also advises on issues of private international and civil procedure law. She has experience of ensuring the recognition and enforcement of arbitral awards in the Russian Federation. Natalia also provides comprehensive support in insolvency proceedings and corporate disputes in state commercial courts.
After graduating with honours from the Faculty of International Law of the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO) of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia in 2012, Natalia studied for her Master’s degree, specialising in "Private International and Civil Law" in 2014 and on graduation was awarded a Master’s degree in jurisprudence with knowledge of a foreign language. In 2014 Natalia performed research at the Max Planck Institute for Comparative and International Private Law (Hamburg). In 2015 she received a grant from the Ministry of Justice of Russia to attend a course of studies at the Hague Academy of International Law. In 2019 Natalia graduated cum laude from her post-graduate studies at MGIMO and was awarded a PhD. From 2012 to 2013 Natalia worked at Clifford Chance CIS Limited. Natalia has been working for ADVANT Beiten since 2013.
