    ADVANT Beiten Advises PL-Immo-Verwaltungs GmbH on the Letting of a Single-Tenant Property in Bonn

    Munich, 26 January 2022 – The international law firm ADVANT Beiten has advised PL-Immo-Verwaltungs GmbH & Co. KG, a subsidiary of the Provinzial Group with its registered office in Duesseldorf, on the letting of a single-tenant property of around 18,700 sqm in Bonn. The property, located in the federal district, is being leased for an initial period of 15 years from the Federal Real Estate Agency (Bundesanstalt für Immobilienaufgaben, BlmA). The premises, which will be extensively refurbished in the coming months, will be used by a federal institute, which will move into the building in 2023.
