The China Outbound EU Investment Forum will take place in Beijing on 17 March.
Together with experts from ADVANT Nctm, we will analyse the latest developments in the legal framework for Chinese greenfield investments and M&A activities in the EU, with a particular focus on distressed M&A, FDI, compliance, secondment and outsourcing.
Speakers will include representatives from national embassies and consulates as well as investment promotion agencies. High-ranking representatives from Chinese companies will also report on their investment experiences in the EU. The forum will also offer guests the opportunity to hold one-on-one meetings with representatives from law firms.
