Dr Jenna Wang-Metzner is Partner at ADVANT Beiten’s Beijing Office and a member of the Corporate/M&A practice group. Her area of expertise comprises China outbound investments to Europe, Mergers & Acquisitions, banking and finance and construction law. Dr Wang-Metzner advises especially European and Chinese clients from the energy, technology and automotive industries and advises Chinese companies on M&A transactions in Europe and listings on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.
Dr Jenna Wang-Metzner obtained her legal education at Beijing University and University of Muenster and received her PhD in Law in Germany (1989). She has been working with ADVANT Beiten for over 20 years. Before joining ADVANT Beiten, Dr Wang-Metzner worked for Deutsche Bank and Bayerische Hypo- und Vereinsbank in Frankfurt, London and Hong Kong.
