Kai Yu is Legal Counsel at ADVANT Beiten’s Dusseldorf office and member of the China Practice. She focuses in greenfield investments and European market entry strategies for international clients, with a particular emphasis on Chinese enterprises. She brings extensive experience in collaborating with German economic agencies at both the federal state and municipal levels.
Admitted to the Chinese Bar in 2011, Kai Yu earned her LL.M. in Chinese and German Law the same year. In 2015, she was awarded the German Federal Chancellor Fellowship of Alexander von Humboldt Foundation. She has been working with ADVANT Beiten since 2025.
