Bankruptcy legislation is gradually being transformed in the Russian Federation. For example, effective 12 July 2021 criminal liability was intensified in instances of premeditated bankruptcy and illegal actions committed at the time of a bankruptcy (No. 241-FZ dated 1 July 2021). Topical risk management issues arising during the bankruptcy of an enterprise, debt restructuring issues and the specifics governing the protection of the interests of creditors will be considered at the online conference.
