Freiburg, 22 September 2023 – The international law firm ADVANT Beiten has provided comprehensive legal advice to Wörwag Pharma GmbH & Co. KG on the takeover of Mauermann Arzneimittel KG. The parties agreed not to disclose the transaction volume.

Located at Lake Starnberg in southern Bavaria, Mauermann has around 60 employees. The company is GMP certified as contract manufacturer for the manufacturing and packaging of solid dosage forms. Founded in 1938, the family enterprise has been working with Wörwag for more than 45 years.
