Regina Dietel is Partner at ADVANT Beiten and a member of the employment law practice group. Her practice covers all legal issues in the field of individual and collective employment law. She advises national and international companies in these areas of law. Her activities include defending employers against unfair dismissal or other claims brought by employees before labor courts as well as other courts and authorities that may be responsible for disputes with employees and other staff (e.g., higher regional courts, regional courts, social courts, administrative courts, integration offices, etc.). One focus of her work is advising on labor, social security, and residence law issues in connection with cross-border employee assignments (“global mobility”), which includes the constellations of German companies' employees working abroad, the employment of foreign employees in Germany, and the employment of foreign employees abroad.
Regina Dietel studied law at the Ludwig-Maximilians-University in Munich and was admitted to the German Bar in 2020 after completing her legal clerkship in Munich. Since then, she has been working with ADVANT Beiten. She has been a labour law specialist since 2023.
