    Expertise

    Regina Dietel is Senior Associate at ADVANT Beiten's Munich office and member of the Labour & Employment Law practice group. Her area of expertise comprises all legal questions in the field of individual and collective labour law. One focus of her work is on advising on all labour and social security law issues in connection with cross-border employee assignments (secondments/transfers/leasing of employees to foreign countries or from foreign countries to Germany).

    Regina Dietel studied law at the Ludwig-Maximilians-University in Munich and was admitted to the German Bar in 2020 after completing her legal clerkship in Munich. Since then, she has been working with ADVANT Beiten. She has been a labour law specialist since 2023.
