    Expertise

    Dr Tobias Pörnbacher is Senior Associate at ADVANT Beiten's Munich office and member of the Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice group. His area of activity comprises litigation and arbitration. He advises his national and international clients in complex international disputes out-of-court dispute resolution and represents them before state courts and arbitration tribunals, in particular in corporate, commercial and contract law disputes and in the enforcement of claims against contractual partners. He has experience as counsel in more than 15 arbitration proceedings under various arbitration rules, in particular under DIS and ICC rules, as well as in ad hoc arbitration proceedings in a wide range of industries.

    Dr Tobias Pörnbacher studied law and European law at the Julius Maximilians University in Würzburg. He was admitted to the German Bar in 2022 and obtained his doctoral degree at the Julius Maximilians University Würzburg (Dr. iur., 2024). Since 2022 he has been working with ADVANT Beiten.
