    Expertise

    Dr Dietmar Müller-Boruttau is Partner and licensed specialist for labour law at ADVANT Beiten‘s Berlin office and member of the Labour & Employment law practice group. He specialises in legal advice for listed companies, in particular on collective issues and corporate acquisitions. Dr Müller-Boruttau‘s sectoral focus lies on the metal and healthcare as well as banking and insurance fields. Besides providing continuous legal advice for companies, his activities focus on restructuring, including legal defence of the same, performance of due diligences for purchasers and vendors as well as legal representation in model case and sensitive proceedings up to the Federal Labour Court. In cases of restructuring, Dr Müller-Boruttau closely collaborates with the large management consultancies and auditing companies.

    Dr Dietmar Müller-Boruttau studied law at Julius-Maximilians-University in Würzburg, taught at FH Heilbronn and received a doctorate in 1998 (Dr. iur. utriusque). From 1997 to 2007 he worked with Linklaters in Cologne and Berlin and in 2007 he became partner at ADVANT Beiten.
