    Expertise

    Dr André Depping is Partner at ADVANT Beiten’s Munich office and member of the Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice group. His activities includes dispute resolution, contract drafting and negotiation, in particular in the areas of warranty, product liability, recall, distribution and ESG. He advises his internationally active clients from the automotive, rail and electrical industries, among others, on typical legal issues in the supply chain and represents them in proceedings with a technical background, liability and contract interpretation issues. He also regularly publishes on the legal aspects of ESG, gives lectures on the subject and is co-editor of the first comprehensive work on "CSR and Law" and the first commentary on the German Supply Chain Duty of Care Act.

    He studied law and European legal practice at the Universities of Hanover and Rome and was admitted to the German bar in 2003 and as Avvocato in Italy in 2007. He has been working with ADVANT Beiten since 2005 and became Partner in 2010.
