    Expertise

    Artem Nikolaev is Associate in the Litigation & Arbitration Practice Group at ADVANT Beiten’s Moscow office. His core activities include representation of the clients’ interests at state commercial courts and courts of general jurisdiction, the resolution of commercial disputes (supplies of equipment, transportation and freight forwarding, contracting and the rendering of services) and disputes related to the protection of consumer rights. Mr. Nikolaev also advises on issues pertaining to insolvency legislation.

    After graduating from Lomonosov Moscow State University in 2016, Mr. Nikolaev studied for his Master’s degree at the National Research University Higher School of Economics, and on graduation was awarded a Master’s degree in 2018. He has been working for ADVANT Beiten’s Moscow office since 2015.
