We are very pleased to announce that our 2025 ADVANT China Outbound EU Investment Forum will take place in Shanghai on 17 March, Guangzhou on 19 March and in Beijing on 21 March 2025. ADVANT is a distinctly European law firm association with more than 650 professionals combining the three leading law firms Altana (France), Beiten Burkhardt (Germany) and Nctm (Italy) and covering the three largest European jurisdictions. We will analyse the latest European legal developments for Chinese greenfield investments including labour secondments, energy transition, litigation and arbitration and FDI control with our experienced professionals and distinguished guests, including speakers and representatives from embassies, consulates, industrial organizations and investment promotion agencies.
