    Tassilo Klesen is Partner at ADVANT Beiten's Berlin office and member of the Corporate / M&A practice group. His area of expertise comprises mergers & acquisitions as well as corporate law. He particularly advises his national and international clients on transactions, restructurings, as well as on commercial law. In addition, he advises start-ups, founders, VC and other investors.

    Tassilo Klesen studied law at the University of Berlin (2010) and, as a part of the Themis program, at the ESADE in Barcelona, Spain (2008), and was admitted to the German Bar in 2014. Tassilo Klesen has been working with ADVANT Beiten since 2017 and became Partner in 2020. Prior to that, he has been working with an international corporate law firm from 2014 until 2017.
