Sascha Opheys is Partner at ADVANT Beiten‘s Dusseldorf office and member of the Public Sector practice group. His area of expertise comprises advising national and international companies, as well as public institutions, on all issues related to procurement law and public law. He particularly advises his clients on infrastructure projects and compley tendering. An industry focus is placed on advising public and private undertakings providing public transport services (ÖPNV) and regional passenger rail services (SPNV), inter alia, on the execution of large-volume award procedures. This also comprises the representation in review procedures and advising on all legal issues arising in connection with the performance of contract.
Sascha Opheys studied law at the University of Dusseldorf and was admitted to the German Bar in 2013. He has been working with ADVANT Beiten since then and became Partner in 2018. He is also a licensed specialist for procurement law.
