    Expertise

    Robert Schmid is Senior Associate at ADVANT Beiten's Berlin office and member of the Corporate / M&A practice group. His area of expertise comprises mergers & acquisitions, corporate and transformation law as well as the law governing groups. He particularly advises his national and international clients on transactions and restructurings, as well as on cormercial law.

    Robert Schmid studied law at the Europa-Universität Viadrina Frankfurt (Oder) and was admitted to the German Bar in 2018. Prior of joining ADVANT Beiten, Mr Schmid worked in the corporate tax team of an international accounting firm. He has been working with ADVANT Beiten since 2018.
