Nico Frielinghaus is Partner at ADVANT Beiten's Düsseldorf office and member of the Corporate / M&A practice group. His area of activity comprises mergers & acquisitions as well as ongoing corporate advice for the shareholders, the company itself as well as the managing directors. In this context he advises his national and international clients of all seizes in mergers & acquisitions-processes and corporate issues.
Nico Frielinghaus studied law at the university of Münster. Furthermore he graduated as tax advisor in 2004. He has been working with ADVANT Beiten since 2000 and became Partner in 2005.
