Miriam Misterek is Senior Associate at ADVANT Beiten's munich office and member of the practice group Labour Law. She advises national and international clients on all matters of individual and collective employment law as well as out-of-court and in-court dispute resolution. She also specializes in advising clients on tax and social security law in connection with socially responsible staff reduction measures.
Miriam Misterek studied law at the University of Bonn and was admitted to the German Bar in 2022. During her legal clerkship, she worked for a nationally active commercial law firm in Cologne and the German-Slovenian Chamber of Industry and Commerce in Ljubljana. Before joining ADVANT Beiten, Miriam Misterek worked for two years in a major German law firm in the field of labor, tax and social security law. She has been working with ADVANT Beiten since 2024. In 2025, she completed her specialist qualification in employment law.
