Martin Fink is Partner at ADVANT Beiten‘s Munich office and member of the Labour & Employment Law practice group. His area of expertise especially comprises collective and individual labour law, on which he advises national and international companies. Negotiations with bodies under works constitution law (group/central/individual works councils) at the occasion of restructurings are as much part of his area of expertise as the defence of employers against dismissal protection or other lawsuits by employees (e.g. regarding pension claims, remuneration, discrimination, etc.). As a licensed specialist for labour law, Martin Fink represents employers throughout Germany both before the courts that have jurisdiction over labour law matters (the Federal Labour Court, higher and local labour courts) and all other courts that may have jurisdiction over disputes with employees (such as the Higher Regional Court, regional courts, social courts, administrative courts, etc.). He also represents employees in conciliation boards formed under works constitution law.
Martin Fink studied law at Ludwig-Maximilians-University in Munich and was admitted to the German Bar in 2003. In 2009 he was qualified and admitted as licensed specialist for labour law. Mr Fink joined ADVANT Beiten in 2005 and became Partner in 2010.
