Katharina Pöhls is partner at ADVANT Beiten in Munich and member of the dispute resolution practice group. Her area of activity comprises litigation and arbitration. She advises her national and international clients, especially from the real estate sector and various sectors of industry, on complex disputes in out of court negotiations as well as in state court and arbitration proceedings. She regularly advises on commercial, corporate and contractual matters.
Katharina studied law at the Christian-Albrechts-Universität, Kiel, and was admitted to the German Bar in 2016. Katharina has been working with ADVANT Beiten since then, as a partner since 2021.
