Katharina Furtmayr is Associate at ADVANT Beiten's Munich office and member of the Employment law practice group. Her practice encompasses all legal issues in the field of individual and collective labor law. She advises national and international companies in these areas of law. Her activities include representing employers nationwide against unfair dismissal claims or other lawsuits brought by employees before labor courts, as well as before other courts and authorities that may have jurisdiction over disputes with employees and other staff members (e.g., Higher Regional Courts, Regional Courts, Social Courts, Administrative Courts, Integration Offices, etc.).
Katharina Furtmayr studied law at the Ludwig-Maximilians-University Munich and was admitted to the German Bar in 2026. Since then she has been working with ADVANT Beiten.
