Fabian Eckstein is Senior Associate at ADVANT Beiten's office in Frankfurt am Main and member of the IP/IT/Media practice group. His areas of practice include industrial property, copyright, IT and data protection law. He focuses on advising national and international clients from the computer games sector and the media industry. His activities include both out-of-court advice and litigation.
Fabian Eckstein studied law at the Julius-Maximilians-University of Würzburg. He also holds a Master of Laws degree from the University of Malta (LL.M. in European Business Law). He passed his second state examination in Frankfurt am Main and was admitted to the German Bar in 2020. Before joining ADVANT Beiten, Fabian Eckstein worked in the transport/aviation/logistics department of an international commercial law firm. He has been with ADVANT Beiten since October 2021.
