Dr Thomas Drosdeck is Partner of ADVANT Beiten’s practice group Labour Law in Frankfurt am Main. He specialises in providing labour law advice to companies in the areas of collective labour law, works constitution law and company co-determination. He particularly focuses on the implementation of co-determination structures as well as variable remuneration systems and employee participation schemes under collective law. He advises national and international companies, in particular from the telecommunications, IT sector, Banking and financial services, the automotive sector, chemical and energy sectors as well as the public sector.
Dr Thomas Drosdeck studied law at Johann Wolfgang Goethe University in Frankfurt am Main as well as at Ludwig Maximilians University in Munich. During a doctorate scholarship, he worked at Max Planck Institute for European Legal History in Frankfurt am Main and, at the same time, he held lectures at the private university European Business School in Oestrich-Winkel. He was admitted to the German Bar in 1990 and has been a specialist in labour law ever since. After having been Partner at the law firm Brendel & Partner in Frankfurt am Main, which merged with Faegre & Benson LLP (Minneapolis/USA) in 2001, he joined ADVANT Beiten as Partner in March 2005. Dr Thomas Drosdeck is a lecturer at Johann Wolfgang Goethe University in Frankfurt am Main.
