Dr Silke Dulle is Partner at ADVANT Beiten in Berlin and member of the Corporate / M&A practice group. Her area of activity comprises legal advice to clients of the healthcare sector, in particular operators of hospitals and clinics and health insurance companies. Her legal consultancy covers hospital law, social security and pharmaceutical law, procurement law and corporate law. In particular does she boast renowned expertise in tender procedures for health insurance discount agreements. She assists her clients with the drafting and negotiating of contracts, and also with communicating and negotiating with the supervisory authorities of public healthcare. In addition, Dr Dulle can rely on many years of vast experience in the assistance with national and international cooperations and transactions. In her legal consultancy she advises private, local and free charitable institutions and their operators as well as university hospitals.
Dr Silke Dulle studied law at the Free University Berlin and was admitted to the German Bar in 2002. In 2007 she qualified in an additional training as Medical Law Specialist. Until the end of 2015, she worked for renowned national and international commercial law firms and joined ADVANT Beiten as Partner in January 2016.
