    Expertise

    Dr Sebastian Kroll is Partner at ADVANT Beiten's Munich office and member of the Labour & Employment Law practice group. His area of expertise comprises out-of-court advice as well as representation in court in all matters of individual and collective labour law. He focuses his work on Works Constitution Law, assistance with restructuring and reorganisation including the negotiation of reconciliations of interests and redundancy compensation schemes and termination law, the use of external staff. He regurlarly advises companies in the health care sector, marketing and advertising, mechanical and plant engineering, insurance and publishing, temporary employment and public sector employers.

    Dr Sebastian Kroll studied law at the University of Hamburg and was admitted to the German Bar in 2006. He obtained his doctoral degree at the Bucerius Law School, Hamburg (2019). He has been working with ADVANT Beiten since 2022. Until joining ADVANT Beiten, Dr Sebastian Kroll worked for more than nine years at the labour law boutique rugekrömer.
