    Expertise

    Dr Moritz Jenne is Partner at ADVANT Beiten's Freiburg office and member of the Corporate/M&A practice group. He advises national and international clients as well as owner-managed businesses on all aspects of corporate law, corporate and commercial litigation as well as compliance matters. He has extensive expertise in representing clients in complex (shareholder) disputes, accompanying shareholders' meetings as well as advising executive bodies on liability issues and their obligations in special or sensitive situations.

    Dr Moritz Jenne studied law at the Albert Ludwigs University Freiburg, where he also obtained his doctoral degree. He was admitted to the German Bar in 2018. Dr Moritz Jenne is author of numerous publications in the fields of corporate law, liability and compliance.  Prior to joining ADVANT Beiten in 2022, he has been working for a leading independent German business law firm.
