Dr Martin Kalf is Senior Associate at ADVANT Beiten in Berlin and a member of the Labour Law practice group. He is a licensed specialist for lawyer law. His practice covers all areas of individual and collective labour law. He specializes in providing employment law advice in connection with corporate transactions and mergers as well as restructurings.
Dr Martin Kalf studied law at the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-University Bonn, at the University of Helsinki (Finland) and at the University of Edinburgh (Scotland). He completed his second state examination in Cologne and Düsseldorf (2015). He was admitted to the bar in 2016. Before joining ADVANT Beiten in 2025, Dr Martin Kalf worked for several years as an in-house lawyer in the employment law department at the Corporate Headquarters of an energy supply company and as a lawyer for employment law in several commercial law firms. He has been working with ADVANT Beiten since 2025.
