Dr Guido Krüger is Partner at the offices of ADVANT Beiten in Dusseldorf and Hamburg and member of the Tax practice group. His area of activity comprises company restructuring, mergers and acquisitions as well as consulting on trusts, corporate succession and tax law. He advises his national and international clients on balance sheet restructuring, corporate and tax issues and on merger and acquisition processes.
Dr Guido Krüger studied law and business economics at the Universities of Kiel and Geneva and was admitted to the German Bar in 1988 (licensed specialist for tax law 1996). In 1990, he set up his own business; most recently he founded the law firm Krüger Putz von Döllen. Before joining ADVANT Beiten, he was Partner at Taylor Wessing. Dr Krüger is lecturer at Bergische Universität Wuppertal, Schumpeter School of Business and Economics, in the department business appraisal and business financing. Since 2003, he has been working as Partner with ADVANT Beiten. Dr Guido Krüger is Managing Partner of ADVANT Beiten and CFO of the firm.
