Dr Florian Böhm is Senior Associate at ADVANT Beiten's Berlin office and member of the Public Sector practice group and of the Legal Managed Services team. In the Legal Managed Services team, he assists his clients by designing and implementing IT-supported processes for an efficient management of standard activities and legal challenges that arise on a massive scale.
As a member of the Public Sector practice group, Dr Florian Böhm provides advice on the drafting and negotiation of contracts, as well as on civil law disputes in and out of court. Dr Florian Böhm also specialises in energy law.
Dr Florian Böhm studied law at a university in Berlin (Freie Universität Berlin, Dr. iur. in 2015). Subsequently he worked as a research assistant at Freie Universität Berlin. He completed his legal traineeship in Berlin and in New York City. He was admitted to the German Bar in 2018. He has been working with ADVANT Beiten since 2018.
