Dr Christof Aha is Partner at ADVANT Beiten in Frankfurt and a member of the Corporate/M&A practice group. He advises national and international companies on the planned arrangement, structuring and implementation of M&A transactions. Dr Christof Aha has a particular focus on renewable energies, where he advises on transactions in the PV and onshore wind sectors.
Following a vocational training as a banker, Dr Christof Aha studied law at the Goethe University Frankfurt (Dr jur) and was admitted to the German Bar in 1995.
Dr Christof Aha has qualified as Certified Private Equity Analyst (CPEA) at the TUM School of Management.
