Christoph Heinrich is Partner at ADVANT Beiten's Munich office and member of the Competition practice group. He advises national and international clients on all aspects of European and German competition law, including the notification of mergers as well as cartel and abuse of dominance investigations before the German Federal Cartel Office and the European Commission.
Christoph Heinrich studied law at the University of Heidelberg, Germany, the University of Geneva, Switzerland (Certificat de Droit Transnational) and the University of Munich, Germany. He is a qualified commercial mediator (MuCDR) and admitted to the German Bar. He has been working with ADVANT Beiten since 2015 and became Partner in 2020.
