Benjamin Knorr is a partner at ADVANT Beiten in Berlin and a member of the Corporate/M&A and Tax practice groups. His area of practice includes corporate law, mergers & acquisitions, reorganisation law and the associated tax law issues. He advises national and international clients of all sizes, from start-ups and medium-sized companies to large international groups. On the sector side, he particularly advises clients from the healthcare sector and the start-up scene. He is also a mentor at a start-up accelerator.
Benjamin Knorr studied law at Julius-Maximilians-Universität Würzburg and initially worked in the tax department of an international auditing firm. He joined ADVANT Beiten in 2016 and was appointed partner in 2020. He was admitted as a specialist lawyer for commercial and corporate law in 2021.
