The Litigation, T.R.A.D.E and Public Procurement Conference will take place in Sofia from 1 to 3 October 2026.
The conference’s theme is “The Role of the Government and Courts in the Lifecycle of Contracts – Procurement, Regulation, and Litigation”.
The event is a multidisciplinary conference that examines the role of the state and the courts in contracts – from procurement through regulation to dispute resolution. Three specialist committees will address their respective areas of focus: procurement law (bidding strategies), contractual performance obligations and state regulation, as well as litigation risks and dispute resolution. Cross-sectoral topics such as litigation relating to government contracts and regulatory hurdles in international government contracts will also be discussed in joint panels.
