On September 4 and 5, the 30th Annual Competition Conference of the IBA Antitrust Section will take place in Florence.
The conference will address current challenges and developments in competition law, including topics such as real-time enforcement of antitrust rules, the impact of artificial intelligence on legal enforcement, and the evolving framework for merger control in a globalized and geopolitically influenced environment.
