Reaching new heights!

The global hospitality market is experiencing an unprecedented period of growth, made all the more interesting by new competition, innovative products, and disruption from new players. How are hospitality investors adapting to current market conditions to keep growing?

Every year over 2,000 senior figures from over 80 countries come together at the International Hotel Investment Forum (IHIF) for three days of educational panels, open debate, unrivalled networking receptions and ample opportunities to meet with colleagues, old and new. In 2018 the conference will be held from 5-7 March at the InterContinental, Berlin.

The theme for this year's event is "Reaching New Heights", providing the ideal backdrop for our attendees to identify new investment opportunities, improve profitability, and discover the tools needed to reach new markets.

On the last day ofthe forum, our Partner, Dr Jochen Reuter, will speak on the topic "Germany: Don’t be afraid of German leases, they are more flexible than you think".
