The aim of the conference is to provide all participants with the most recent updates on the changes to the Russian legislature, particularly, with regard to the law on arbitration.´This year, the conference will focus on Russia's recently effected arbitration law and it's impact on international arbitration, including the arbitrability of corporate disputes involving Russian parties.
